How to be a leader

Imagine that you have a small company and you want to make it big around the world so, you should understand two important things which are:- (The vision) and(The mission) let me tell you one characteristic of each one. Let's start by the vision it is the big dream that the leader want to reach it, the vision should be long while the mission should be short statement, to the point. What are the characteristics of the leader:- Energetic Good participate with the employees God solver for the problems God motivator for the employees Leader should learn how to make employees work on a team. What are the types of problems that can be solved by the leader Personal problems Human problems Comlicative problems Remark :- if you apply all this things in your company without bureaucracy of course you can kill two birds with one stone.
